This is a straightforward, all-inclusive service for landlords who want their property looked after properly – with no upfront marketing cost.
We handle everything from professional photography and advertising across the major portals, to enquiry management, viewings, and tenancy paperwork. Chosen tenants are fully referenced by our partners at Let Alliance for an additional fee per applicant.
Once let, your property is managed by a dedicated Property Manager. We look after maintenance, routine inspections, certificates, rent reviews and tenant queries – keeping things compliant and running smoothly.
We also collect the deposit, lodge it with Safe Deposits Scotland, manage rent payments and arrears, pay contractor invoices, and send you monthly statements – so you’ve got a clear view of how your property’s performing.
£180 + VAT marketing fee – payable upfront
£500 + VAT deducted from 1st month rent
This is for landlords who want help securing the right tenant, but prefer to manage the property themselves.
We’ll take care of professional photography, create your listing, and advertise the property on major portals. We’ll handle enquiries, carry out viewings, and manage the application process from start to finish. Chosen tenants are fully referenced by our partners at Let Alliance for an additional fee per applicant.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll prepare the tenancy agreement, arrange signing, and hand over the keys. You manage the tenancy from there.
£230 + VAT payable upfront
We provide a professional marketing package to showcase your property and get it in front of the right audience. You handle the rest.
This service includes high-quality photography, videography, listing creation, and advertising across major letting portals. We also manage initial enquiries and pass them on promptly, leaving you to arrange viewings, choose the tenant, and set up the tenancy.

£50 + VAT payable upfront
You provide the property information, photos and videos – we create the listing and set it live.
We’ll create a professional advert, upload it to major letting portals, and manage initial enquiries. Leads are passed over promptly so you can arrange viewings, reference tenants, and set up the tenancy.
