SELLING FEE
No Sale, No Fee
You’ll only pay if your property sells. Our standard fee is 0.8% + VAT of the final sale price, or a fixed £1,500 + VAT for properties sold under £185,000. This is payable on conclusion of missives.
Our fee covers full sales support through to completion – including advertising, qualification, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression.
MARKETING FEE
Our marketing fee is £400 + VAT and covers professional property staging, high-quality photography, videography, and a virtual walkthrough of your home. This comprehensive approach ensures your property is presented at its best, capturing genuine interest from prospective buyers and maximising visibility across all platforms.
HOME REPORT
A Home Report is a legal requirement when selling a residential property in Scotland. It provides buyers with clear, upfront information about the condition, value, and energy efficiency of the property.
From £450 + VAT, our preferred surveyor is Graham + SIbbald.
CONVEYANCING
We can recommend trusted local solicitors, with fee details available upon request.
